Resources
Welcome to our growing catalog of Akvarium links, resources, dealers, jugglers, clowns, pushers, pluggers, auctioneers and pimps. If you came to the BoB because you heard some "Russian music" and want to know if you could download it (or, *ahem*, buy it), this is the place for you. Likewise, if you want to get 2nd, 3rd, ... opinions on the stuff we've written about in the stuffography, you've just stumbled upon The Place For You (even if this desire for other opinions means you are a skeptical philistine of infinitely-shrinking lingham). Not to be commercial, but if you use one of the RBC links scattered throughout the site (there's a link from every RBC-purchaseable stuffography item) to buy from this excellent online store, a portion of the proceeds goes to the upkeep of BoB. Well, in theory at least... we've yet to earn any kickbacks.
So you want to read more about Boris and his badass bands. You may even be able to read Russian. Davai, friend, davai! This section is drenched with so much information, BoB is likely to end up lost, deep beneath a dozen windows of the Russian internet. It's ok—you'll find your way home—so get lost.

Sometimes, even in our modern world, there is a there there. And there's nothing like rummaging through the bins and choosing your stuff yourself. Hence this section.

Not satisfied with 154 albums, 712 songs, 138 musicians, etc? We know how you feel,
so we also keep track of Bodhisattva-approved Russian and Ukrainian bands that don't happen to be Akvarium.
Go forth, ye open-minded, and explore further evidence that Russians make more than
the Red Army Chorus and rinky-dink balilaika music.

It's hard to believe, but there is more to Russia than just Russian rock. We keep our eyes open for good sources which will help you understand Russian culture...the better to understand Russian rock, my dear.
